Nice blog. Liked ur recipes. Planning to try them. Had a plantain at home and did not know what to do with it planning to make plantain podimas with it after seeing ur recipe.Good job. And by the way i am also from Chennai. Right now i am in USA. Happy to see people from chennai. Miss Chennai so much.
I am a Mallu Married to a Tamilian from Madras. Even after 10 yrs of marriage I am still experimenting .
Do You know how to make Kari vadgam. Once the Patti on sunday samayal(sun Tv) showed how to make chutney with it . Please let me know If you know the recipies for both.
