Hello, i have a huge batch of pavakka from my garden, I already tried my hands on kulambu, poriyal,crips, pickle and still abt 20 of them are left and i wish to prepare this sundried version, can you please tell me how do we prep them. Do we have to soak'em in buttermilk or in some spices...please let me know. Thankyou so much for taking your time to answer my question. Regards, Malathy
